They made quiet the sight walking into the small town. Both of them with silver hair, both of them small petite frames one wearing an old school kimono and hamaka with geta and a transparent scarf wrapped around his head hiding his face. The other wearing a long black jacket with his belly button pierced a chain going up it to wrap around his neck the jacket was closed at his midsection but open at his torso and bellow showing off his belly button ring and black jeans with black embossing a climbing rose went up the length of his entire left leg down in shimmering black thread in the tight leather. Black boots and quarter length black gloves cut off at the fingers. His silver Amethyst eyes looked at the towns folk in fact the only reason they were here or rather the one with him was here was because he had promised his big brother that he would make absolutely certain that any who wished to harm even the smallest hair on this kimono clad one's head would die a slow and miserable death slowly hacked apart by his scythe before being feed to his death hounds. Never to be seen or heard form again. For some reason that dire of a promise seemed to only delight his big brother that he would take that much care to make absolutely certain no harm befell Kira that he was allowed to escort Kira here to this small town.

Of course Zero hadn't known which town it was that Kira had needed to go to. And that was because the lady who mixed and made the specific brand of paints that Kira used had fallen ill and could not bring them to the castle for Kira, so she called the castle and apologized to him and Kira promised her it was alright and then asked if it would trouble her if he came and got them or sent someone and she said no but she didn't want to trouble him. Kira of course being sweet Kira said it was no trouble, hung up and explained things to Aoi telling him where he wanted to go and why and at first it got a heavily guarded and tight look from Aoi one that said no absolutely not am I allowing you anywhere near such a dangerous place as if Aoi was aware exactly where Kira was going and what dangerous were there or rather what danger was rumored to be somewhere in that general area give or take a few towns in either direction.

Oh no, of course not. That was of course when Zero walked in and he still wasn't sure how it happened that he got volunteered to escort Kira to this place at first he went to say no. But Kira gave him this pathetic puppy dog look and Aoi sighing as Kira seemed to really want this asked Zero to promise and Zero being the hateful cranky angry person he is promised such a dire promise.

Of course the reasoning? The Ancient Vampire that was rumored to be somewhere in the general area of the town.....oh if only Aoi knew she was in this town exactly the problem was. All things that the reapers sent on to one of the two gates or the well had a record. A A birth record, a living record and a death record. Well Lady Camula was born they could find her Birth record what century she was born in and records about her in the dark libraries. Her living record was well Sealed inside of Camula until such a time as she actually died to be reviewed by the judge upon her death or the reaper who was sending her on. Generally most cases were easily determined by a reaper in general however there were those who had done such great deeds of both good and bad that the scales of balance tipped wildly in both directions constantly it was then that a judge was sent to make the final call based upon there findings at the time of death. No the problem was with her Death Record.....Tamashii who was the Library of Souls had her death record she had one the thing was....her time of death and all living beings had a predetermined time of death filed within the library decided the day that they are born the day that they die just not the road upon which they get there.....Camula's date of death....was missing. And so Even Lord Death himself could not send her on until they figured out exactly when it was she was supposed to die. HOWEVER that was only the Reapers who were stuck figuring out her place in things. Zero couldn't stop Aoi if he decided to come out this way and end her once and for all so if she did harm Kira....Zero might not get a chance to do anything.

Zero was certain his big brother was itching for a reason to come out here and take her down.

Camula sighed walking the streets of this small village slowly.... She was never able to fully understand what her place in this world is now..... After her kingdom fell and her husband was slain she lost everything.... At this point she didn't know whether she was happy for living or not.... Some days she wished she could die.... Others she just enjoys amusing herself with the humans in her hunting area.... She never killed any of them she never even drank from unwilling people.... She recently found herself in her first battle in centuries against a man named Katsu Kei.... He had came to murder her in a hunter guilds name.....

She looked up as some men circled her half grinning.... She just flicked her long green hair and walked past them paying them no mind.... She wondered what it is she has to do now... She loved to be alive but at the same time she longed to be with her husband.... She had several sex partners and men throwing themselves at her to be their permanant mate but none would suffice except her husband.... She truly did love him....

She spotted to men built small with silver hair on their heads..... She couldn't put her finger on it but they felt dangerous almost as if she was walking into her very death.... Staring into its very destination....

Kira sighed as he lifted the paper and looked about. "I believe it's that way."

Zero sighed and bowed his head. "YOu said that the last fucking thirty times Kira."

Kira tipped his head and smiled at Zero. "I know and it's a small town but honestly I'm not familiar with the area." He said shrugging and walking then paused as he noticed a girl with long green hair. Kira tipped his own head and that made Zero look and groan lowly to himself.

Lovely....was what was going through his mind as he stood there hand shoved in his pocket. He looked at Camula alive but out of place longing for a time long gone and yet she could not return to it. Nor could the one she longed for most come back to her. It made things rather difficult. But what made him raise an eyebrow was Rusui's energy around her. Having been around an Keeper recently. Might as well figure out how dangerous she was right now. "Stay here."

Kira blinked with a huh and paused as Zero walked over to the lady and that really floored Kira. Zero Rei was not overly fond of women at all in fact he usually did everything absolutely everything in his power to avoid even the faintest glimpse of them. Even worse then Neikan Zero would disappear Nei would just get sick and threaten you. Honestly Kira wasn't sure which he preferred.

Zero had snagged the paper which now Kira just realized and held it out to her. Death himself this wasn't his area.....Maki something or another a low ranking reaper worked the area so it was really none of his concern because the low rank did his job right. BUT Kira got the address just not the directions. "M'lady you wouldn't know where this fucking place is would you?" Zero asked about as close to polite as he could get and Kira smiled sadly at his husbands little brother.

He walked up and before any explosions of anger or insult form the lady he touched Zero's arm. "Zero...it's alright we've been walking for a while. It's a small town and there's a park over there we can rest for a bit and look again....worst case....I'll just wait for Midori's paints to arrive." He then looked at the woman not wanting a fight Kira hated fighting absolutely hated it. "Please don't mind him he's really not being rude. He's one of the few of our kind who survived an attack by Nosferatu but it takes it's toll on him. He means nothing by it." Kira said politely to her his low husky voice a contrast to Zero's effeminate one. Zero looked at Camula though he was death himself and no doubt one as misplaced as her could sense him clearly and since he moved away from Kira for a moment knew it was him not the one with him that was dangerous.

Kira looked between them worried Zero had offended this Vampire without meaning to because of the taint that made him so ill all the time. The taint he fought off every day since he was changed, brought back into being a vampire as Aoi's little brother.

Camula blinked when one of the young men reached her a piece of paper asking for directions..... He seemed kind of gruff but that was ok this town was easy to get turned around in.... The second boy seemed somewhat timid... Almost shy it seemed..... Camula smiled and shook her head softly.... "It's fine this area is kind of hard to navigate through...." She looked over the paper then couldn't help but laugh.... "You are actually going in the wrong direction head north from here and into the next town that is where you will find this address...." She reached the piece of paper back to the silver haired boy.....

She noted that the young man that came to her first somewhat established himself to be the dangerous one of the two of them and it put her on guard her senses were telling her to run but she knew it would be to no end.... If it came to it this man would hunt her for centuries.... She smiled and said... "Please call me Camula M'Lady is something I haven't been called in a very long time.... Not since my husband was alive...."

Zero looked at her as he reached up and took the piece of paper easily nodding.[color=#6600FF]"Thanks. "he said a bit shortly then rose and eyebrow as she said to call her Camula. "Not since the Dark War's I believe. Then you walked as a Queen among the Vampires." Zero said and Kira blinked looking at Zero then at Camula.

"Zero..."

"Relax Kira. Unless she is one to suddenly disregard the old ways she won't attack unless I attack first. The Ancients held themselves in high regard especially among the Nobility. To fight a battle was to dance. And among them a Lady never struck first until the male made the first step. It was more of dance then a fight, but the ending was the same." Zero said easily as he looked at her he had spent a long time in the old libraries in the castle studying everything on Vampire history wishing to learn about the people he had at one time hated blindly because of the curse laid within his blood that ate at him.

"They had there faults as much as anyone else but unless I have you completely wrong this is nothing more then a cordial chat and visit is it not Camula? I am Zero Rei this this is Kiramekiko Nanimono Chitsuki-Rei...if memory serves me correctly he was but a child on the moon at the time your husband ruled here on earth. When the Moon fell because of Tsuki's foolishness Kira came here to Earth."


Kira looked and then sighed and softly as he was properly introduced to her, he reached up and brought scarf down to actually show himself to her and bowed slightly. A gentle man now one would not know the horrors he once inflected when his heart and soul had been so wounded by Tsuki then by his father. "Forgive me it's just I abhore violence and would rather not see a fight break out if absolutely not necessary...." Kira said looking between them. Kira had been a child a small child of only a few months during the dark war and by the time he was two years old it was over. Then he grew up met Aoi and well as the story goes.....

Zero sighed and put his hand on Kira's head ruffling his hair. "I said I wasn't. Rusui already filled me in on everything I needed to know all that he could learn but there are still things that are yet to be answered. And things I sure you yourself would like the answers to as well Camula?" he said his voice was gruff and sounded angry and scathing but he was managing to not swear....although it was making his head hurt.

Camulas eyes hid behind her hair for a moment before her hair caught in the wind.... "The Dark Wars' I'll never forget it.... That horrible night the war ended..."She opened her eyes and the usual Saphire Blue had been replaced with the Crimson Red that marked her as royalty.... "At the time I was still quite young... I received countless duel requests from men and women alike but none of them could so much as touch my silken hair.... I never shedded a single drop of blood the entire time I fought with them.... I caught the eye of a man named.... Tsuki no mawari o odotte kiba I always called him Tsuki or Kiba.... In Japanese today it would be translated as Fang dancing around the moon....."

She smiled a moment before looking up to the sky.... "Tsuki.... At the time I didn't know he was a prince.... He eventually asked me to marry him after a century of courting me... He had quite a bit of patience... I was of noble blood from a prominent family in early France... So I inherited the title of Queen of Vampires when we wedded.... My pure blood lineage was what allowed us to be together.... Of course as stubburn as he was I am sure he would have found a way even if I wasn't pure blooded...." She didn't intend to tell her story but it started heading that way but luckily for her she caught herself.... "Oh I'm sorry I started talking about my past please excuse me.... Yes I still to a point follow the old ways of us vampires...." She bowed as if to apologise...

Kira shook his head no. "No it's fine..." He said softly smiling lightly. "There's nothing wrong with remembering those you love.....Unfortunately the one I remember who was named Tsuki....hated me for my resemblance to my mother. And hated even more that I who looked so like her would not love him as she did. That I had fallen instead with a Destined Prince on Earth." He smiled shaking his head. "I don't have many memories of my mother Mun and there that is confusing according to my father she was my mother Alive and his sister and which allowed me to be born connected to the scared blood moon of our people. But At the same token Mun and I look nothing alike so." he shrugged. "The only thing I do know is that I am connected to Mun, Tsuki's sister, and Tsuki is according to all I know both her brother and my father and the one who abused raped and hurt me."

Kira shook his head. "My mother has had several names all of which mean Moon on the moon and always the same story. "She was always by his side but she never shared much in maternial instinct for me....the one who raised me was a guardian who stayed by my side till the day I married my husband and came here and he was finally free to find love of his own." Kira said shrugging. "Tsuki split me into three keeping my soul with him but even then he could not earn my love. MY body and my heart split into apart as well, but because of that a lot of things happened. I don't remember the dark wars...But I do know the blood wars of the moon and during those the earth knew a time of peace. Which was when my husband was born."
Kira shook his head. "I suppose I wonder what the times were like before the dark war but when i came of age Mun dressed me in formals and tried to insist I was to marry Tsuki as his wife.....it was just a big mess. If not for Aoi my heart would heart would have been lost long ago....it was he who reminded me of what love felt like when I saw him."

Zero was quiet letting them speak to be born of the same time period even if Kira had been a child back then. At least he had someone to talk to a bit. Someone who knew at least a little bit about the moon about his lost people.

Camula couldn't help but feel nostalgic.... She didn't know why.... "Tsuki.... Protecting me.... That's why the Dark Wars' started.... Well not really me but the necklace around my neck..." She gestured to the ancient golden relic that surrounded her slender neck.... In the center of the item was an eye carved into the metal and a ruby centered in the eye.... "This necklace.... He gave it to me... He told me that this little necklace was a family heirloom to be passed down for generations only in what he said was the royal family... This necklace amplifies my natural abilities proportional to the anger I excerpt.... But that is all I know about its powers.... He did once tell me that this little trinket is the single most important thing in our world..... Our as in vampires.... But why I don't know..."

She looked at the two boys that seemed interested in her story and sighed a moment she had already gone this far might as well tell them the rest.... "Durng that time period when the war was emanent I was a constant assassination attempt as the lycans chased after my necklace... It got to be so bad a war started up with Tsuki at the lead.... Bit by bit he was changing into something I had never known all to protect this little thing.... For countless years we fought fought and fought until there was nothing left but a handful of both races.... It came down to me and him and the leader of the lycan clan in our castle.... To save me Tsuki opened up a secret passageway and ran inside with me in his arms as he ran.... The wolf right on his ass..... He gave him the slip for only a moment long enough to put me in my coffin and activate an ancient seal designed to preserve me for centuries.... The last thing he told me is that he loved me and that I was the only person he could trust to protect the necklace.... Because as long as it was unharmed so was the race as a whole..." She looked at the two boys that had just listened to her dark tale and wondered what they would say...

Zero frowned. "I've never heard of an amulet or necklace being so important to go to war over....doesn't mean it is or isn't I'm not doubting you but there's been no hunt for it. No search for the missing necklace or it's guardian." He said not at all sure what to make of the necklace or of what Tsuki this Tsuki she knew swore it was. Or for that matter why the Lycan's had wanted it so badly.


Kira listened to her story and shook his head. "I'm sorry...I don't know anything about it either....in all of my years living back then no one spoke of the necklace or it's loss in fact no one claimed to know what was the cause of the riot with the Lycan's only that it was a terrible war and an awful lot of innocent lives were lost on both sides. But the reason why the war even started no one knew. The vampires of Earth regrouped and reformed choosing royalty to lead them and on the moon my father the 'Tsuki' I knew was set about seeing me grow to reclaim power and rule as King upon high over both the moon and the Earth. He sought to make them believe mine was a power to crush all others when it's really.....I'm a healer....basically. In the simplest sense of the word....I have other powers but my greatest is my ability to heal others."

"At the very least the amulet requires looking into. If it truly holds the fate of all of Vampiric kind in the balance then it's best to know why and what would happen." Zero shook his head. He didn't like this Aoi would not allow such a dangerous thing to be out there without taking measures to find it right? There wasn't much Aoi didn't know about his brother was in tune with the waves of this very world.

Camula was silent a moment then sighed..... "I wish I could tell you but he died before he could tell me its true powers.... It also is the reason that I got the honor of listening to the terrible battle that ended with my husbands ash on the floor of my chambers.... For years after even in my suspended sleep I listened to lycans beating on my coffin trying to get to me.... Then in the year 1900 my coffin was opened by a human sadly after centuries of not feeding the poor man didn't get to see the sun that morning..... Ever since I have been travelling this strange world trying to make heads or tails of it.... Upon hearing there was a new vampire king I started following his rules so as to not draw attention to myself... I will die with this trinket around my neck and take it with me to my fiery grave...."

She put her hand to the trinket and sighed wondering what to do now these kids seem to be abnormally powerful.... She almost wanted to give it to them but she just couldn't.... It was all she has left.... She wanted to keep it with her.... To remember all of the times he complimented her all of the times he held her close.... All of the goodness that came with it.... Then she had to worry about whether or not this thing is what Tsuki told her....

Kira frowned. "They were dark times....that's for sure.' He said as he paused and looked up in the direction of the moon always aware of where it was in the sky in respect to where he was at. "Almost everything that has some value or great importance to our race has to do with Blood, and it's power that which we wield." He looked back at them at Camula and at Zero.

Zero shook his head. "I wasn't around back then...." he said shrugging as he shoved his hand in his pocket. "What I do know is that usually anything bad that happens has something to do with Lilith or her putting things into motion to gain control of something. She has been after something for a very long time now.....although I suppose there is one Vampire alive today we could ask. Ironically enough he's older then even you Camula and welcomed. A Russian Vampire Aleksandr Nikita Herr.....Sasha. He is the only changed vampire in existence who's Sire was the said to be the original of us all. He was human but it's gone there is not a trace of left in him he requires no blood....." He looked at her. "And he knows more about this world of ours then anyone. Sasha is connected to the first Vampire. And he's the only one who knows where the Lord of All Vampires is." Zero shook his head. "He may have an idea of what would happen and why what can be done about the amulet you hold." Sasha was indeed that old he was born when the world was still young and just formed. It was stories Zero had heard but....Sasha knew things. Knew things he couldn't possibly know and he was the only person alive to make it. A stone that can change everything....
